LATRICIA COX BAILEY
Helping others discover and develop their purpose in life is one way to describe the life of Latricia C. Bailey. She is inspired by people from all walks of life. Although Latricia is a native of Washington, DC, she considers many places worldwide as part of her upbringing. When she was six she lived in Thailand and Mexico and traveled to China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Paris, and other places until she and her family settled in the Washington Metropolitan area at the age of ten.
Latricia graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Delaware State University in 1990. Her degree and training have served her well in her professional life. She is an entrepreneur with years of experience in administration, management, event planning, publishing, consulting, and sales from various companies including the National Academy of Sciences, the National Academy Press.
Latricia is a dramatist, and playwright, known for her Bag Lady Series productions that minister to women of all backgrounds. She is an active member with the Youth and Family Ministry at her home church, Sharon Bible Fellowship in Lanham, Maryland.
Her desire is to see families live the quality of life and freedom that is afforded in the body of Christ. She is a co-laborer in the Anointed Women in Christ ministry which dedicates itself to “setting the captives free” through workshops, conferences, and various forms of ministering God’s word through resources and productions.
Latricia lives by the life verse, “Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.” 1 Peter 4:8.
Latricia Bailey has been married for over 20 years to her wonderful husband, Michael Bailey, and has three amazing children, Tyler, Gabrielle, and Jonathan. They currently reside in Maryland.
